Others believe that its role is more generally to increase
the traffic and the visibility of a site. Their vision is more often turned
marketing than technical and the perimeter they give to the acronym SEO,SMO training and services is often wider and everybody right. The
definition of this profession depends very much on the professional
environment. In a very large structure, the SEO will have a lot of colleagues
who will take care of the SMO, the SEA, and so on. In a smaller one, he does
everything (sometimes he does not even have a trainee to make his coffee ...
hard craft).
While most SEOs agree that there is likely to be an impact ,
some believe it is more profitable to spend time linking rather than marrying
on social networks.We recently conducted a test and positioned a page on the
expression "social referencing" using only tweets, not a single link
. This is exaggerated, in real life, a page always has at least a link from the
site on which it depends. The page is positioned between 8 and 12th on this
query of which 15700 pages display it in the Title.
However, we see that the SEO is generally attached to the
marketing department (and that's a good thing).
